The legal part is when the person is willingly puttig his/her own self to be a mail-order-bride/husband. In other words, when the person is an adult.

When it is kid that is beig put for sell, by his parents, unwilligly (which means that the kid is forced and is left with out any choice), then it is human trafficking.

Well if she disagrees, when the Pastor asks her to say "I do" she just has to say "no", end of ceremony. Oh and she can refuse to sign the marriage license application.

The Bible is very clear on this matter, friend, because the Lord does not consider them worthy of being counted.

Numbers
1:2 Take ye the sum of all the congregation of the children of Israel, after their families, by the house of their fathers, with the number of their names, every male by their polls;

The Lord specifically refuses to mention women here.

This should be very clear to you now, such as clearness is considered clear by those with the clearness to understand what the Lord explicitly says, clearly.

Oh and according to Leviticus, women may be worth less than a man, but they're not worth as little as a male child.

4 And if it be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.

Well, it seems that a woman of child bearing years is worth twice what an old man is worth.

Speaking of context, remember, the Head of the Household OWNS everyone in his household. So, you still cannot see what is clear, friend. However, because males are mentioned, and females are not mentioned, women are not human, as Brother Cranky noted.

Only animals seek to sleep with other animals(atheists, agnostics, false-Christians are in that same category), unless their husbands tighten the reigns.

Now specifically, it is also not only well know that daughters are not human because they are the result of the fact that there was no bestial helpmeet for Adam, which he discovered while he was naming cattle.
