Disneyland and Measles

I don't understand the big deal. Someone explain to me what's so important about the Measles? So some kids get it at a park? So what? My kids get sick, I pray, they get better. Don't these parents pray?

So looking into it a bit, I find that:

Quote:

California Department of Public Health (CDPH) has been notified of seven confirmed cases of measles in patients from five different locations within California it was reported today by Dr. Ron Chapman, CDPH director and state health officer. Two Utah resident cases have also been confirmed and three additional California residents are also suspected to have measles and are under investigation. All confirmed and suspect cases reported visiting Disneyland or Disney California Adventure Park in Orange County, California sometime between December 15 and December 20, 2014.

Based on information from current cases, it is likely that a person infectious with measles was at one of the theme parks on these dates. People can be infectious with measles for nine days. Measles typically begins with fever, cough, runny nose and red eyes and within a few days a red rash appears, usually first on the face and then spreads downward to the rest of the body. Measles is a highly infectious, airborne disease.

“If you have symptoms, and believe you may have been exposed, please contact your health care provider,” said Dr. Chapman. “The best way to prevent measles and its spread is to get vaccinated.”
But that's not the best way to prevent measles and its spread. The Blessings of the LORD is the best way. True Christians™ are Joint-Heirs with Christ. We are as important on earth today as Jesus was back during the Bible times. We are His very "hands and feet," if you will. The Holy Bible doesn't say anything about Jesus getting the measles, so He probably didn't have them. There's no reason to assume we should have them either (Romans 8:14; 17; Galatians 3:29; Colossians1:12).

Why would anyone want to risk measles if they don't have to? God tells us very clearly how we can avoid bad things - through unflinching, unquestioning loyalty. First we show our fear and obedience unto the LORD, then He Blesses us. Deuteronomy chapter 28 is a good source for this information. The first half explains the lengths to which God will bless those who are obedient, and the second half explains the disaster that awaits those who refuse.

The Holy Bible really does go into great detail to explain just how wonderful life is for those who please the LORD.

But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly;
and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.
2 Corinthians 9:6

Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts,
if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing,
that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
Malachi 3:10

Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down,
and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom.
For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.
Luke 6:38

This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night,
so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it;
for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have success.
Joshua 1:8

Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season;
his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
Psalm 1:1-3

Someone is liable to sue the parents who brought the first sick kid because they won't know how to prevent such things.

It's pathetic. When I was a kid, every kid around had measles, mumps and rubella. It never hurt a soul. We prayed; we were cured. Pretty simple really.

American anti-vaccine campaigner and Christian Dr Sherri Tenpenny, had planned a speaking tour of Australia, but Australian atheists forced the venues in Australia who were to host her tour to withdraw their invitations to her.

These Austrian Ahteists (AA branch?) could be also in this case be used by Satan to enhance His Master Plan of of demolishing all Prayer Healing practices and leaving the people defenceless before the plagues designed by God to smite His enemies. As Schwester Mary pointed out, all vain sciences are ultimately useless. While they can prolong the sinful life on Earth, they only enforce the demonic presence in sinners. These antibody-demons can bring temporary relief but the spiritual diagnostic tools of Jesus will recognize them immediately upon death and result in the fall of these sinners into the Furnace.

Psalms 91: 8-11
Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked. Because thou hast made the LORD, [which is] my refuge, [even] the most High, thy habitation; There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.

Who needs secular prevention?! Jesus has given angels charge over us in all our ways!

This must be the non-story of the year, so far. Let's look at the data:

Quote:

California Department of Public Health (CDPH) has been notified of seven confirmed cases of measles in patients from five different locations within California.... Two Utah resident cases have also been confirmed and three additional California residents are also suspected to have measles and are under investigation.
So out of 38.33 million Californians and 2.9 million Utahians (is there even a word for them?), 9 have the measles and 3 more have slight colds which may turn out to be measles. So that's "41.23 million minus 12" who don't have the measles.

If there is any story here at all, then it is that there is an epidemic of enormous size of Not Measles.

God tests people all the time. I'd love for God to test me, so I could show him my Love for Him cannot be restrained. Sadly, I have never had a 'sick day' in my life.

Vaccines are injections of Devil Blood©.

When I first saw the title of this thread I was delighted - finally Jesus was doing something about the Big Sodomy Agenda of the Disney Company. But no, it's just some drive by punishment that God is handing out, and no doubt Jesus is busy with the mooselimbs at the moment. That doesn't stop the LIEberals and the MSM from latching on to a "story" of more victimhood as an excuse for more Big Government programs - and no doubt another ObamaCare II lurking in the wings.

It's Not Just Frozen: Most Disney Movies Are Pro-Gay
By preaching acceptance and questioning gender, the company's kids films offer a queer-studies crash course.
Akash Nikolas Apr 23 2014, 8:01 AM ET

The culture warriors have decided: Disney’s Frozen is queer. Elsa hiding her ice-powers could be read as a metaphor for the closet, the Oscar-winning “Let it Go” plays like a coming-out anthem, and a character in the film evokes the question of whether homosexuality is a choice by inquiring of Elsa’s powers, “born with it or cursed?” Some liberals have praised the film for its subtext; some conservatives have denounced it.

To start in the most obvious place: As a business, Disney has long held a progressive attitude toward LGBT people. Gay pride events have been hosted at Disney World since 1991, and the company started offered its gay employees health insurance benefits for their partners since 1995, a decision that wasn’t entirely popular back then.

Isaiah 45:7 is pretty clear to me. If someone gets sick, it's because that is God's will. Who are we to question his will?

Typical atheist arrogance.

Amen! When really bad things happen (like you get eaten by wild beasts, get killed in war, get sick and die, etc.), then you'll know that it was God that did it to you.
Quote:

Ezekiel 14:13 Son of man, when the land sinneth against me by trespassing grievously, then will I stretch out mine hand upon it, and will break the staff of the bread thereof, and will send famine upon it, and will cut off man and beast from it:

14:15 If I cause noisome beasts to pass through the land, and they spoil it, so that it be desolate, that no man may pass through because of the beasts:

14:17 Or if I bring a sword upon that land, and say, Sword, go through the land; so that I cut off man and beast from it:

14:19 Or if I send a pestilence into that land, and pour out my fury upon it in blood, to cut off from it man and beast:

14:21 For thus saith the Lord GOD; How much more when I send my four sore judgments upon Jerusalem, the sword, and the famine, and the noisome beast, and the pestilence, to cut off from it man and beast?

As correctly predicted by Mrs. Lytton-Vasey some years ago, the measles hoax was nothing more than scaremongering by hateful atheists seeking to avoid God's wrath for whatever it is they do behind closed doors. Meanwhile, idiotic Islamics in Pakistan are busy killing polio workers who were saving their backward race from a debilitating illness associated with eating faeces, vermin and hating Jesus Christ Our Lord. You just can't help some people - and I say that as a medical professional. You can't help most people in fact unless they have good insurance, as proscribed by my deeply held religious faith.

Thank you, Dr. Toole, for a knowledgeable overview of this kind of illness. So often it is overlooked treatment of diseases needs to make some money for someone. Otherwise, why bother? Can we see clearly opportunities with measles? Instead of pointing fingers at those not vaccinated we need to study cash flow and see where a solution fits in. Let's remember, we hate socialism and bringing government into illness issues is against God's wishes.
