Research Shows that Prayer Is Ineffective - But Proves the Bible!

We know that the most useful tool to combat the forces of Sodomistic desires and other contagious diseases is Prayer. This is clearly stated in Jesus's #1 Bestseller, the Bible.

Matthew 21:22
And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in
prayer, believing, ye shall receive.

Luke 17:6
And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of
mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.

Healing is perhaps one of the most important applications of Prayer. It makes all atheist medicine redundant. While this is an obvious threat to the medical profession, some less biased doctors have actually performed several well-designed studies to examine how intercessory prayers help to heal serious diseases, such as heart disease, strokes and even something as nasty as warts, genital or vulgar.

The results are consistent and they're bad. Negative. Zero. Nada. Prayer repeatedly fails to have any effect on the outcome of patients or the outcome is worse with intercessory prayer. I know that this seems preposterous but I have looked through the methods, the study populations, the power size, the statistical anal yses etc. The studies are robust. Prayer. Fails. To. Work.

Warts:

The present study aimed to examine the therapeutic effects of Islamic intercessory prayer on warts. Forty-five participants who are mostly Muslims and infected with warts were randomized into three groups: Group-1 (uncertain, with intercessory prayer), Group-2 (uncertain, no intercessory prayer), and control group (informed, no intervention)... The results revealed that there were no significant differences between the groups in terms of healing.
Heart disease:
Quote:

Patients at 6 US hospitals were randomly assigned to 1 of 3 groups: 604 received intercessory prayer after being informed that they may or may not receive prayer; 597 did not receive intercessory prayer also after being informed that they may or may not receive prayer; and 601 received intercessory prayer after being informed they would receive prayer. Intercessory prayer was provided for 14 days, starting the night before CABG [coronary bypass]... Intercessory prayer itself had no effect on complication-free recovery from CABG, but certainty of receiving intercessory prayer was associated with a higher incidence of complications.
There is no need to go on. Several studies all show the same result. Prayer has no effect or the outcome is slightly worse. This proves the Bible to be the Truest™ Word of God imaginable. Let us look at the studies in more detail. Specifically, who prayed?

Warts: Muslims. Heart disease (direct quote from the second study):
Quote:

Intercessors from 3 Christian groups (2 Catholic groups [St Paul's Monastery, St Paul, MN; Community of Teresian Carmelites, Worcester, MA) and 1 Protestant group [Silent Unity, Lee's Summit, MO]) provided study prayer throughout the trial. We were unable to locate other Christian, Jewish, or non-Christian groups that could receive the daily prayer list required for this multiyear study.
As we can see, all those who prayed were Muslims and other false Christians despite the proclamation of allegedly "Christian groups". This is exactly as God promised! The Bible ringsTrue™.

John 9:31
Now we know that
God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.

Of course intercessory prayer has no effects. It isn't supposed to have when administered by false believers! Glory! The Muslim and other Catholic intercessors were ignored by God as they should be, exactly as He promised.

Only our Prayers work. This also means that only we of the Landover Baptist Church are really among those few that can send effective Prayers to Jesus. Obviously, the researchers also failed to include Mr. Putin, President Trump or Sarah Palin among the intercessors, a grievous methodological mistake. This means that no more studies are needed, as we can still testify about OUR Prayers. My Prayers work. I have frequented airlines and never caught the AIDS even though suspiciously "gay" men have shared the fuselage with me. I have not caught the Ebola virus despite living over half of a century. I have asked to be healed of these disease before even contacting them and the Good Lord has Provided.

My gratitude to Jesus. Prayer does not work and it should not work when performed by Spiritually inferior people. They are far below mustard seeds when it comes to their faith! The Bible tells us so. The Bible is once again proven to be 101% perfect. Only efficient True Christian Prayers work! ONLY our Prayers!

It really amuses me how they want to conduct a study to prove prayer effectiveness. As if God, almighty, does not know that is a study so He can distort the results to obscure the truth from the unfaithful. God knows it all, so He knows you are trying to mock Him.

And the use of Catholics and Muslims, come on! It was never going to work in the first place.

Stupid, stupid scientists.

James 5:16 is clear that "The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much." It would appear that none of the True Christians here at the LBC forum were invited to participate in this experiment, so of course it's going to look like prayer doesn't work.

Honestly, I haven't laughed so much in ages - anyone reading The Bible knows what happens after that. It's a simple one-two.
  1. Do they have idols?
  2. Yes.
Psalm 97:7 Confounded be all they that serve graven images, that boast themselves of idols: worship him, all ye gods.
No-one cares what the graven image is called, even if it's declared not to be what it obviously is. God doesn't want any graven images of any description at all ever. What is meant by Confounded be all they that serve? Again whether someone says they're not "serving" is immaterial. Just making the thing is bad enough. Nevertheless more information is provided – a lot actually, in the case of this the gravest and most consistently condemned abomination in God's Word across millennia.
Psalm 97:7 What profiteth the graven image that the maker thereof hath graven it; the molten image, and a teacher of lies, that the maker of his work trusteth therein, to make dumb idols?
In the case of warts, lack of profit for those trusting whatever the idol happens to be whether carved wood, engraved metal or cast from molten plastic (very tacky but a glance at the vatican reveals "tack" as the go-to décor for idolators) means that nothing happens to the warts. Unless they drop of of their own accord. For all idolators the therapeutic effects of intercessory prayer on warts is NIL. There is no profit in making idols neither for the idol itself, nor for the teacher of lies, and nothing to be gained by wriggling around on the floor in front of one with warts.
