No! I said I agree with you on both points...I am just witnessing contradictions to the racism part.

You really leave me speechless. You come on OUR site, a Baptist True Christian™ one, knowing perfectly well you do not belong to this sect and start spouting off, telling us we are wrong. Please, do tell me the url of your Churches web site, I think they'd love to hear from me.:angry:

25Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. 26For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

This is untrue, but I can understand why you hold this viewpoint. I have never even heard of Baptist True Christian™ before today and am merely asking for our differences. Why don't I fit in is my question? I believe the Bible is the literal word of God 100% and have repented of my sins and accepted Jesus into my life. So what makes you saved and me not? (since you said I was only just a protestant and thus a false Christian)

Understand this. You come on OUR site, all "High and Mighty". We ask you respect it by obeying our simple rules. You 'claim' to of read them yet refuse to follow them. Then Rev. Osborne has to take time from his busy schedule just for you. I have to repeat a simple statement several times till you 'get it'. Did you ever bother to create your introductory thread according to forum policy (you've made 16 posts at this point)? Or are our rules too insignificant compared to your needs? Think about your attitude. Think what it would be like in YOUR Church if I came in to it sounding like yo do here.:angry:

Yes - we help other True Christians as you point out in your next line - outsiders are not to be trusted

Terms? Racist? As Pastor for Tolerance and Diversity, I rather hoped that you would not quibble at the words but take the meaning. I see that you are one of those who call God racist and hate Him. May I remind you of this verse:

Ti:1:12: One of themselves, even a prophet of their own, said, The Cretians are always liars, evil beasts, slow bellies.

Do I need further to remind you of the races wiped out by The Lord of Hosts in His Plan to establish the righteous in the Land of Israel or his comments on Ethiopians?

You seem to be suffering from a liberal conscience unsupported by your alleged beliefs. As you say you believe one thing and then profess another, I feel that you should look into your own soul and rip out that darkening seed of hypocrisy. :thumbsup:

my original conversation centered around dr. dobson and escalated into this. I didn't come to this site intending to post in all the wrong places. Looking at the intro forum threads, I finally understand what you have been telling me. You say you are the religion of love and all others are about hate, but you hate to show love??? the only way to show someone love is to insult them and discriminite because it will show them that they are filth and this extreme will bring about an understanding of the love they are missing. This is nonsense and not the way Jesus worked. Jesus told others not to stone prostitutes, Jesus hung out with the low lifes and the lonely. Jesus criticized the uptight religious people and overturned their tables in anger. People like you infuriate Jesus (based on what jesus gets angry about in the Bible)...you are the modern day pharisee, but worse. I saw others protesting and an openminded isalmic person start ask you a few question about your thread in the most respectful manner. People immediatly started calling him a terrorist. This church is appalling and close-minded. I only hurts the chances of others coming to know Jesus and is not biblically based at all! I shall appease you and leave the forum, for any attempt to reason is futile.

Re: Welcome to Focus on Family!

We do love sinners and do our best to help them achieve Salvation©. If we didn't love them, we wouldn't preach to them on how to accept Jesus so they can escape eternal damnation.

Paul tells us...

2nd Timothy 4:1 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
2nd Timothy 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season;
reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
2nd Timothy 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
2nd Timothy 4:4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
2nd Timothy 4:5 But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

We must rebuke sinners. Nowhere in the Bible does it say we have to coddle them or show them tolerance. People need to know that Christ is the only way to Salvation© and the only other option is hellfire.

You still do not get it. Post a intro thread. I cannot make it simpler.

If someone has true love for God, adversity will only strengthen them.
When I berate my children or a field worker, it serves to make them want to prove me wrong. If I question a fellow True Christian™ about his faith, it only serves to increase his resolve.

You are right. Judgement is the lord's and he has the authority and knowledge to determine if a race is corrupt. He can do that because he truly knows everything and he is God! We however do not know everything and should not act as if we are superior to others for we are not God. Only God can do that. So no further races need to be provided, I trust God in his decisions, not man though. I LOVE God and would never insinuate that he is rascist.

So you would label Jesus as a liberal then too? I am just trying to follow his principles.

I do it get it. I just wanted a final rant before I leave. that is why I said "I didn't come to this site intending to post in all the wrong places". Sorry I keep posting but it is so addicting and hard to let this stand.

Jesus would want you to not be lazy and not make Christians look like idiots when posting online. Looks like you aren't obsessed enough with Him to care about not disappointing Him in all your endeavors.

Since this discussion doesn't have anything to do with focus on the family, I will post my reply in the intro forum. Look for the thread titled sorry that was started by me if you wish to respond and/or see my response.

List of video games APPROVED BY JESUS!

Many years ago I wrote a couple of games. One was a math game which asked questions about addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. One went in and out of various caves collecting points after answering math problems correctly.

Another game I wrote Angels and Demons (yes I know that dastardly heathen Dan Brown stole my title) involved Bible verses. Your answer determines whether you went up toward heaven or down toward hell. You can collect weapons to help defend against demons but bad answers can give you boils, or turn you black. But the graphics were static and the games could be played on 8-bit computers. They were not action based like video games of today. I thought maybe I could submit copies to the DoF for approval. Hopefully the DoF has an 8-bit computer and a cassette drive lying around.

Brother Cranky, do you think my games have a chance of getting on the approved list?

I am sure your games are well intended, but Children should study the Bible directly. Not a politically correct castrated Bible for children. Not a Biblical animated movie. Not a Biblical video game. Just the 100% pure and unaltered King James 1611 Holy Bible. Everything else is a waste of time and a violation of Deuteronomy 4:2 "Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you."

So, you violate this. You are on here aren't you? That's not studying the bible.
