Well, it looks like this Papist harlot has been impregnated by a man - reading between the lines, most likely a Joo man at that. This is exactly what Mary did, when she got pregnant with Jesus' brothers and sisters.

His brothers and sisters are mentioned in the same context as His parents. I don’t think we’re talking about metaphorical brothers and sisters here.
