Hello ,I am new here.Thank you Jesus!

I have been an avid reader of this godly site and I really do commend the moderators and every true Christian for saying the truth exactly the way it is.I really learnt a lot. Let's continue to press forward towards prize of the upward calling of Christ.kudos to those who painstakingly taught the Holy Scriptures here and gave out necessary corrections, reprove, convincing and exhortation in Holiness as demanded by God.Alleluia! God bless land over baptist church for guiding a truth I have rarely seen in many places. The Holy Spirit guides us to all truths and this is really necessary for all children of God. Well, had my own fair share of trials and persecution as a christian which I would later narrate.let me get down to basics only as I am typing with my phone now.
My name: Chidili Collins
Mission & occupation: preaching the gospel to the unsaved and Christians too
Education: read law and graduated not too long ago
Place: west Africa.

2 Timothy chapter 3 v 16:-"All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness."
I have lots of wonderful testimonies to share and also hard lessons of life for any Christian to learn from.
May peace of God be unto those understand the cross and power of God manifested through Christ Jesus.

we undergo trials and tribulations sometimes unexpectedly and some to make us learn some eternal lessons. Like one time you have the courage to tell a heathen to stop playing those sinful worldly songs on his phone and he yells at you as you step out of his transport. Sometimes you preach the word of God and unbelievers people don't even take you serious as a Christian. I was once in a church whereeven the pastor said I was too spiritual and some people in choir began to gossip about me and cause strife. Sometimes, when I backslided when i was in school. I had to be prodigal after some years because I was in a serious mess if I didn't repent , I would have been in a deep disaster. Thank youJesust!

Thank you for sharing these stories. Indeed, what we suffer as Christians is horrible. But, do not despair - Jesus told us that we would be persecuted - all of us who follow Him:

2 Timothy 3:12 - Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.

So let the world hate you, as they hate God:

John 15:18 - If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before [it hated] you.

And rejoice, because that persecution is a blessing:

Matthew 5:10 - Blessed [are] they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Mr. Collinslaw,

Welcome to Praise and Worship Christ with us! To gain more insight into your doctrine, I'd highly appreciate if you could answer the following questions, preferably based on your reading of the (KJV) Bible:
  1. What are the things required for Salvation® and Eternal Life in Jesus Christ?
  2. What do you think about our beloved President Donald Trump?
  3. What is the shape of the Earth?
  4. Were there dinosaurs on board Noah's Ark?
  5. Can Muslims and Jews be Saved?
  6. How did the different human races originate?
  7. How should we feel about our immediate family: spouse/children/siblings?
Thank you in advance for your educated answers. Perhaps we can soon join Paul in the verse that follows:

Ephesians 2:19
Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;

Yours in Christ,

Elmer :bye:

1.to be saved- I must confess that Jesus is Lord, which signifies the realization that Christ must have full rule over my life with all of His righteous requirements.
I must believe that God has raised Jesus Christ from the dead
I must understand that i am a sinner, and i believe that Jesus Christ came as the one and only Redeemer of sin.And Get baptizedas commanded by Christ.

2.) Trump is a purposeful leader who has the national interest of the USA at heart.he is not a hypocritical leader and is indeed a Republican leader with genuine concerns for the welfare of American citizens and he trys his best to remedy the defects of the past regimes I.e obama tenure; which were unfavourable. He is goal driven and passionate leader with firm set agenda for the good of USA.

3.) Earth is flat as aptly put by the Bible
1 Chronicles 16:30: “He has fixed the earth firm, immovable.”
<b style="font-size: 11pt;">
<b style="font-size: 11pt;">
Psalm 104:5: “Thou didst fix the earth on its foundation so that it never can be shaken.

4.)Dinosaurs did not enter the ark of Noah

5.) No,except they repent and turn to Jesus.

6.)
The Bible does not reveal the specific details of how the races began, but it shows that all ethnic groups descended from Adam and Eve. Genesis 3:20 says Eve is “the mother of all living.” The fact that different races exist is clear evidence of the fact that God values and desires racial variety within the human race.
Some have taught that racial characteristics are the result of some curse placed upon people as a result of sin. This teaching has no biblical support whatsoever. God clearly knew of and planned for the various racial groups when He created our human parents.
Further, the Bible shows that no race is superior or inferior to any other. God doesn’t make any distinction between the races in calling people to salvation Galatians 3:28-29 . The apostle Peter was inspired to write that God does not discriminate against any race when he said, “In truth I perceive that God shows no partiality. But in every nation whoever fears Him and works righteousness is accepted by Him” ( Acts 10:33-35 ).
Following the example of the early New Testament Church of God, we respect and deal with all people equally, regardless of their ethnic background.

The Bible does not classify human beings along the “racial” lines that are common to modern thought. The Greek term that is rendered “race”finds a variety of translation expressions in the old King James Version.
The word genos occurs 21 times in the Greek New Testament. In the KJV, it is rendered by such terms as “kind” (Mt. 13:47; 17:21; 1 Cor. 12:10; 14:10), “kindred” (Acts 4:6; 7:13,19), “country” (Acts 4:36), “offspring” (Acts 17:28-29; Rev. 22:16), “nation” (Mk. 7:26; Gal. 1:14), “stock” (Acts 13:26; Phil. 3:5), “born” (Acts 18:2,24), “countryman” (2 Cor. 11:26), “generation” (1 Pet. 2:9), “diversity” (1 Cor. 12:28).
I can say that in not a single passage is the term used of a pigmentation distinction, e.g., white race, black race, yellow race, etc. The Scriptures speak of nations, tribes, tongues [languages], and peoples, but they do not focus upon color shades. Geographical regions or close cultural associations are the usual applications of the word.
The following facts are most relevant to this issue.
All human beings are from a solitary human couple, Adam and Eve, who were fashioned by the hand of God himself (Gen. 1:26-27; 2:7,21-23). In his discourse to the Athenians, Paul declared that God “made of one every nation [ethnos] of men to dwell on all the face of the earth” (Acts 17:26 – ASV).
The expression “of one,” as it appears in the Greek Testament, is ex henos, literally “out of one male.” The allusion clearly is to Adam, out of whose side came Eve (Gen. 2:21-23), and, ultimately all humanity (Gen. 3:20). From the divine vantage point, there is no diversity of ethnicity.
In Acts chapter 10 there is the record of the first instance of Gentiles being admitted into the kingdom of Christ. The case involved Cornelius, a Roman centurion who worshipped the true God , but who had not been proselytized to the Jewish system (Acts 2:11). By a vision, the Lord instructed the Roman officer to send for Peter, who would provide the necessary information for conversion.
7.) I must as true Christian train up my family in the way of the Lord, although I am not married yet but I believe its so important that we train our children in way of God .to buttress this , see below
Ezekiel 3:18
When I say to the wicked, You shall surely die; and you give him not warning, nor speak to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at your hand.

Deuteronomy 31:12-13

"Assemble the people, the men and the women and children and the alien who is in your town, so that they may hear and learn and fear the LORD your God, and be careful to observe all the words of this law. "Their children, who have not known, will hear and learn to fear the LORD your God, as long as you live on the land which you are about to cross the Jordan to possess."

Proverbs 23:13

Do not hold back discipline from the child, Although you strike him with the rod, he will not die.

Hebrews 12:7

It is for discipline that you endure; God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom his father does not discipline?

You are so right, dear Sister Dana. What worries me is that all of that <code> stuff is actually code for other things -- such as demonic activity, or interceptions from aliens who are associated with the AntiChrist!

That's OK, dear, let me explain this to you, and let us use this opportunity as a teachable moment for Collinslaw.

Our new friend here was responding to the seven questions asked by Brother Elmer White (). Hence the numbered responses.

As a resident of a third world country (Africa) he does not have access to a computer, and accesses the internet exclusively through his phone. It's more common than you think in third world countries - every time when you trade-in your old phone for a new one, markets in Latin America, Africa, and Asia are flooded with cheap used/refurbished phones. Hence, while laptops and computers remain expensive (think how often you get a new laptop vs. a new phone), fancy smartphones became affordable for every goat or llama herding peasant from the Andes to the Himalayas. That should help explain choppy formatting. (Although I agree with Sister Isabella that demons might be at work here, too).

While all of the above is perfectly understandable, our new friend also favors copying and pasting chunks of text rather than writing on his own. In addition, he is also not familiar with the technique of proofreading (using the Preview Post button). While that certainly saves time (especially given he's on the phone), it means that his writing is extremely choppy, and - what's much, much worse - he's often citing inferior Bible translations rather than the King James Bible! :fear2:

I hope that was helpful, dear. Will you join me in prayers to God, asking that He makes Collinslaw stop the copypasta and rather engage in writing in his own words (appropriately supported by the Scriptures cited from KJV)?

Dear Mr. Collinslaw,

I must disagree, as God has, in fact, informed us about the specific occasion when the races separated:

Genesis 9:22-27
And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brethren without. And Shem and Japheth took a garment, and laid it upon both their shoulders, and went backward, and covered the nakedness of their father; and their faces were backward, and they saw not their father's nakedness. And Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger son had done unto him. And he said, Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren. And he said, Blessed be the LORD God of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant. God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.

Because of Ham's sexual approaches towards his father, God made his progeny the servant race. later on, his descendants populated the African continent. Of course, if the Hamites gain access to Heaven, they are going to be equal over there and washed white, just as white as Jesus is (Revelation 1:14), but on earth God has given them the servant role, just as He's given it to women (1 Corinthians 11:3).

http://i.imgur.com/8EEsa.jpg

Regarding our relationship with our family, I'd also like to make an addition to your post. We should Honor our parents (Matthew 15:4) but our emotional approach towards them should be one of hate.

Luke 14:26
If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.

The other points in your post were quite tolerable. I urge you to reconsider your position about the races and family, however, to gain access into Heaven (1 John 2:17).

Yours in Christ,

Elmer :bye:

About 3rd world countries, you have a strong point there and I animously agree with you, dear bassilla.but its not really the true graphic representation you stated there. I will get a new laptop soon by the special grace of My God.

Lastly,I don't paste.I posted a link in one of the topics that Joanna Lytton stated that I commit plagiarism by coping and pasting but I rebutted this misconception by telling a fellow Christian sister that took a written permission before I posted the topic and even posted the link to which I was allowed to copy the "jesusnjr" work. Did I then do any wrong or broke any law by taking up the main authors consent before bringing the topic to Landover forum.

I was even sanctioned wrongly by one of the moderators despite I said it clearly that I had gotten permission to post the content here.I believe that's not against any intellectual property laws since the owner said I can freely use his work for edification of Christians and any good zealous works.

That could be due to choppy internet service - an inevitable result of a choppy cellphone reception. Nonetheless, have you tried Preview Button yet? Cleaning up the messes is a good way to see if you are diligent.

Be grateful, dear, that God punished you with just the loss of a laptop. Just think about Job - how much worse he had! And he didn't do anything wrong, God punished him just because He was bored and wanted to play a bet with the devil:

Job 1:6-12
6 Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan came also among them.
7 And the Lord said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the Lord, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.
8 And the Lord said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?
9 Then Satan answered the Lord, and said, Doth Job fear God for nought?
10 Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land.
11 But put forth thine hand now, and touch all that he hath, and he will curse thee to thy face.
12 And the Lord said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand. So Satan went forth from the presence of the Lord.

Well, I dunno how that works in Nigeria, but under the US law, you are supposed to cite the original work, not just ask the author for permission.

Amen, Sister Basilissa. Amen!! And let us not forget one very obvious sin that is also happening here: LYING. We know, most definitely, that :god-fancy: will not stand for it! He will not tolerate it!!

12 And the Lord said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand. So Satan went forth from the presence of the Lord.

I hope you haven't sinned, though. God doesn't listen to sinners:

John 9:31 Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.

Proverbs 19:5 - A false witness shall not be unpunished, and [he that] speaketh lies shall not escape.Well, I dunno how that works in Nigeria, but under the US law, you are supposed to cite the original work, not just ask the author for permission.

thank you Sister, I with start stating the authors main work from now but if its my own write up ,do I need to put my own name?

No, dear. It is understood that you are the author because your name and icon shows up above the text.

Just like here you can see my name and avatar above this post, which signifies I wrote it. :)
