Liberals need to tone down their rhetoric
The danger to this country is becoming palpable as liberal whack-jobs like Ann Coulter and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez become emboldened to attack the President daily.
I implore the moderators on this site to take a hard-line on provocative posts. For too long we have put up with offensive calls for regulation on guns while Republicans have honorably worn pearls when listening to testimony to empathize with victims gun violence clutching their pearls at something relatively normal and common-place in schools nowadays. It makes a mockery of our respectful positions on the cause of gun violence is (clue: it's not guns). The Landover Baptist Ministry needs to stamp down on offensive mockery of Republican gun positions NOW. |
Re: Liberals need to tone down their rhetoric
Great analysis as to what will make our country better, Dr. Toole.
There can be just too much of this so-called "free speech." I am appalled at the comedy TV show, "Saturday Night Live." The constant portrayal of President Trump in an unfavorable light should send those people to jail. When other politicians make light of the President it hurts our country. The leaders of China and Russia do not have to put up with such humiliation. Our leader should not have to either. Fortunately, President Trump remains above it all. He tweets about other personalities but holds back from using inflammatory insults that would humiliate or hurt the feelings of others. He is factual and accurate. For example, he remarks about women who are not attractive. And, he accurately mimicked a member of the press with a deformed arm. These are meant to help those people look better, not to tear them down. |

True words. Our President () has the support of the police, military, biker gangs, and well-armed white supremacists, while the left has support of vegans, pot smokers, and pacifists. :rofl3:

Of course, Mr Trump also meant to include Jesus on his team. It must have gotten lost in the applause. Police, military, bike gangs, white supremacists and Jesus. |
Re: Liberals need to tone down their rhetoric
Here is another place liberals need to back off. Whenever the President uses the Presidency to promote Trump Hotels they have a cow. The President is a business genius. He uses the marketing tools available to him.
Liberals get upset when those seeking favor with the President make it a point to stay at his hotels. The President makes it known he appreciates their business. What is wrong with making a little money off of those who want government money? The newest thing is that the President is using a drawing of the White House in his Trump Hotels marketing images. This is necessary because there may be people who want to know Trump Hotels are actually owned by the President. Making it appear his hotels appear as a seamless attachment to the Presidency is simply smart business. https://img.huffingtonpost.com/asset..._720_noupscale |

One day it will be taught to our children, but today you can watch the making of the film in real-time, current running time 2 years. I have a dream, one day we will be taught in schools how business interests won over weak democratic theories and vague principles. Principles, it will turn out, are a delicacy available only in the very best of times. In "very bad" times we will relearn the natural order and the 2nd Coming of Trump will bring glory to the world. I so badly want to see the end of this movie when it comes out. You can believe on your mother's life it is coming out. Thank God we have other billionaires who own all the media to drown out the billionaire who is yelling from the megaphone. I hope the billionaires can sort this out for themselves. Personally I think there is only One True Billionaire. |

I was excited to see "The Democrats" are chipping in, too!
They're using statistics and I thought, in the interests of balance, I'd flesh out their T-shirt idea. Quote:
so, according to my calculator: 325,719,180 + 326,625,791 = 652,344,971 652,344,971 ÷ 2 = 326,172,485½ av. pop. Taking the average of the World Bank and the CIA figures for population which I'd consider reliable sources and subtracting the Democrat T-shirt datum: 326,172,485½ – 65,844,610 = 260,327,875½ . . . . Bob invited all the Presidential candidates, who are in Iowa anyway campaigning for the Iowa Caucuses, to come to an event he wanted to sponsor. He wanted to get them all in a room and instruct them on God's directives about women, homerism and abortion. Not a single one of them accepted his invitation. How can we have a dialogue with these socialists? Would it have hurt any of them to hear a little of the Bible read to them? This is why we need Donald Trump for a second term. https://www.desmoinesregister.com/st...tq/3653618002/ |
