Pray for the former metal musician, church-burner, Varg Vikernes
 

Buongiorno.

In these recent year something terrible is happening, and it is the resurgence of Paganism! :fear2:


Despite the fact that Our Lord and Saviour won against these filthy heathens centuries ago with both love and sword (if you don't count areas where there is no Christian majority), secularism and authors, such as Gerard Gardner and Julius Evola, led many people back to worship idols! Nowadays there is at least one or two Pagan temples in every country of the West.

I know that Christians are a majority in most countries, but God will punish even the most devout Christians if they refuse to stop heathens from infesting our countries, as it is a violation of the 1st commandament.


An example of this is the person to which i dedicated this post: Kristian "Varg" Vikerness. Many will remember him looking like this:

As anyone who knows anything about the wicked Metal genre, Mr. Vikernes was a norwegian musician who openly worshipped Satan, founding a group called Burzum.


Among the crimes he committed during his carrer, he burned many Churches and even killed his fellow musician Euronymous.


He spent many years in jail and he currently lives in France, where he married a woman which birthed him many children. He also spends alot of time ranting on Internet and spreading teachings of a new cult founded by him. Nowadays he looks like this:

He pretty much no longer claims that he worship Satan, instead he replaced that name with "Odin". However, we all know that nothing changed (Psalm 95:5)

But according to him, Odin is not a real being. Here is what he states:
Well, no doubt that the Pagans were deluded so much, to the point of worshipping the process of childbirth. In fact, many of them were actually sodomites and very rarely had the correct reproductive act. :thumbdown:


In any case, pretending to believe or actually believe in these characters from Marvel comics angers the Lord.


He also created a "Pagan-version" of Dungeons & Dragons, named MYFAROG. The game is clearly an attemp to allow children to do Pagan rituals. :fear2:


However, Mr. Vikerness, unironically embraced (some) Christian values, such as understanding that gays are abomination. :thumbsup:


Therefore, I'm asking you to join me in praying for Mr. Kristian Vikerness and his family, in order for them to convert and repent.:pray2:


(Just be sure that he doesn't get closer to any Church before he fully converts).

People who get it sort of right but not Really Right™ are just as deep fried as people who get it completely wrong.

If you ask someone to add 3+3 and they come up with 5, you don't give them credit for being only one number away. It's not as if they are any less wrong than someone who answered with 4.

A language where Mind can mean Thought, Excited State of Mind, Mad, Wild, Furious and Eager has no place being used in evidence for anything. The sophistication is barely above animal sounds. Imagine if the US justice system were so ambivalent about meaning: Your Honor, the man "did/did not/may have done/could not have had done" the underage some crime. Life in prison based on lawyers' word play. It'd be pandemonium.

I will add him to the prayer list but it may be a day or two, or even longer, before I actually get to him. Just fair warning to Mr. Vikernes.

Here we get the Taiwanese people yearning to be free. Ok, ok, they want to be free from artless dictators, as art communicates effectively (I've turned it off now, but eew!) nevertheless he stepped forward and is a member of the legislative body. Yearning and freedom are not the same thing. Even yearning to remain free. If Jesus were not triumphant, how could He triumph here?

I found the solution to the problem of Mr. Vikernes: he needs someone to confront him with his "Placenta Argument". And who could defeat him in the best way possible if not Ray Comfort, the man who proved God with the Banana Argument? :D

Make the Christ's Soldier confront with the Odin's Viking and he will surely accept Jesus in his heart!

I believe this fellow said he stopped making heavy metal because it was derivitive of negro music. Or was that Kurt Kobain? No, it was this guy. Kurt was the one who's drug whore of a wife bedeviled him into shotting his brains out.

Obviously paganism is wrong but I respect this Swedish guy for his stance and it seems he's had to overcome a few brushes with the law in his past... which I can certainly relate to. If there were more rock artists as principaled as him out there, maybe I could actually stand to turn on the radio for once.

I'm sorry to say that you are wrong, Mr Pete. Mr. Vikernes is definitely straight as he has a wife and childrens. The person he assassinated however was an homo named Euronymous.


I still think that we should pray for his conversion and invite him to a Church. If Landovers refuse to accept him, I could invite him in the Vatican (hoping that he would not set it on fire).
