I´ll humour you: I worship a Flying Spaghetti Monster and I like to eat the nice food. Feel free to contribute with your own favourite recipes in the Basic recipe thread. I hope this answer satisfies you. :)

Now tell us how you feel about James 5:16 and Ephesians 5:1-33, if you would be so kind.

Ahh, niice. Flying Spaghetti Monster!! Haha!!

Also, James 5:16. Pray for one another, correct? I understand.
But could you please explain Ephesians 5:1-33 for me? I am kind of lost... I am sorry :(

Wait, did I read that wrong? Sorry if I did... heh

Also not enjoying this 300/700 seconds waiting-to-post. It makes me feel like I am ignoring you, which I am not :/

But, it does seem that I am not fit to be here but I am very interested in seeing points of view from everybody here. I just wish people weren't so rude about it or quick to judge.

I will be quiet from now on so, my apologies for any wrong I have done/said and I will get back to my sinful life... With much respect, God Bless.

James 5:16 says you must first confess for your faults, then pray.

I´m sure a youth minister will be happy to take you on.

Edit: Most Pastafarians won´t take offence if you mock their faith or mock them personally.

Dear :hell-2:bound atheist, please note that this fragile person is making baby steps on her path to the Only One True Religion, so please refrain from straying her away and luring her into your false religion. :nono:

Thank you.

PS: I will pray for both of you.

Where is the ART? Heathen unsaved atheists are usurping a nice thread of worship where True Christians™ have been sharing emotionally powerful and technically superior works by great masters!

1 Corinthians 14:23
If therefore the whole church be come together into one place, and all speak with tongues, and there come in those that are unlearned, or unbelievers, will they not say that ye are mad?

Now that the beauty of many wonderful images of Jesus has been effectively ruined by this persecution, I have here as a warning another Spiritually repulsive and Biblically flawed image. I dare the heathens to explain the basis of its repulsive nature!

Yours in Christ,

PS. I apologize for the anger but it is again the time of the month when the females of my household are having 'issues' as explained in Leviticus 15:19-30. It is most exhausting.

I have a large copy of this masterpiece hanging in the back of the LBC Boy's Only Ice Cream Truck to remind young visitors that Jesus works THROUGH and WITHIN us! I knew when I saw it that I would need to print it out and tape it up for my boys to see as inspiration during prayer sessions in the truck. I get very worked up when I see it and can stare at it for hours! I know the boys like it too, because I can hear it in their exaltations. PRAISE GOD!

MY baby steps seem to be very very small as I switch between "Wanting to listen and learn of The Bible" and "Sinner bound for hell."
Not sure exactly how I managed to do this, but I did.

Hello Elmer,

Since I am just starting to read the Bible my answer might be incomplete. The first verse I found is Matthew 19:13-14, though this verse is somewhat inconclusive, He wants children to suffer, but does not forbid them to come to Him. That would make the art you posted in line with the Bible. Another verse is John 11:35, in the painting the child weeps, not Jesus. The painter would have made an error as to who was weeping.

Frankly I don´t know why the art you posted is repulsive but I hope you will enlighten me on this issue.

Kind regards,

Roland

Mr. Roland,

I highly appreciate your efforts still tainted by the nutritional demon. I suggest you look into some more basic issues:
  • What does it take to be Saved?
  • Who meets those who are Saved in Heaven and how will they comfort us once we're there!

1 Corinthians 13:11
When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

You see, the issue is about escathology, how things are after we pass away.

:praise:

Yours in Christ,

Elmer :bye:

I've been wondering those, myself...
What DOES it take to be Saved?

Love of Jesus Christ and the willingness to take His love deep inside you. You have been here for a week and done nothing but urinate on the face of the Baby Jesus.

Maybe it is time to look within your own filthy soul? Admit that you are nothing but hell-bound scum without Him?

Ask His forgiveness and turn over a new leaf and get right with your Creator?

Gee, it would real handy if someone could list the basic requirements in one simple guide and post it on an internet forum that has an easy-to-use "Search" function and call it something that made perfect sense so even the densest wannabe could find it without bothering people who have lives and families and lots of other shit to worry about without having to mollycoddle the semi-literate dregs and strays that the internet seems to produce in such vast quantities...

Oh, wait: How Do I get Saved? A Guide for the Lost!

All I asked was a question and this whole week people have been punching me in the face for my own opinion. I come here, enjoying seeing the different thoughts on what you call 'sin' and when I throw in my two cents, I get a bad rep.
Granted, I can see my interests and opinions are the minority, but I have already seen multiple people think you are nuts.

If it's so hard seeing that people can turn around and change, and then you just shove shit into their faces when they try and UNDERSTAND why their lives are sin, then maybe Hell isn't so bad.

I also realized it hasn't even been a week. 3-4 days...
Don't lie, it's impressive how fast my rep went down the drain.

Yes, it's always the fault of someone else. I have been there.. When I was queer and hated God, I always blamed people. Even as I assaulted innocent men and raped them. I blamed my anal victims. You are not fooling anyone, young lady

You have a nasty habit of profanity. Do you know what God has to say about such filth?

Matthew 12:36-37 "I tell you, on the day of judgment people will give account for every careless word they speak, for by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”

Deuteronomy 32:22 "For a fire is kindled in mine anger, and shall burn unto the lowest hell, and shall consume the earth with her increase, and set on fire the foundations of the mountains"

In Him

I don't blame anyone for how I acted at first.
But then I tried changing and I got a lot of backlash. I get holding a grudge but geez...

Also thanks for saying young lady... seems people still think I'm a guy.

And thank you for understanding your place within the Church.

1 Corinthians 14:34-35 "Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law. And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church."

I will have the Ladies Of LBC contact you if they need your input. May Christ bless you!
