Now tell us how you feel about James 5:16 and Ephesians 5:1-33, if you would be so kind. |

Also, James 5:16. Pray for one another, correct? I understand. But could you please explain Ephesians 5:1-33 for me? I am kind of lost... I am sorry :( |

Also not enjoying this 300/700 seconds waiting-to-post. It makes me feel like I am ignoring you, which I am not :/ But, it does seem that I am not fit to be here but I am very interested in seeing points of view from everybody here. I just wish people weren't so rude about it or quick to judge. I will be quiet from now on so, my apologies for any wrong I have done/said and I will get back to my sinful life... With much respect, God Bless. |

Where is the ART? Heathen unsaved atheists are usurping a nice thread of worship where True Christians™ have been sharing emotionally powerful and technically superior works by great masters! 1 Corinthians 14:23 If therefore the whole church be come together into one place, and all speak with tongues, and there come in those that are unlearned, or unbelievers, will they not say that ye are mad? Now that the beauty of many wonderful images of Jesus has been effectively ruined by this persecution, I have here as a warning another Spiritually repulsive and Biblically flawed image. I dare the heathens to explain the basis of its repulsive nature! http://thedisciplemd.com/wp-content/...4/10/tears.jpg :repent: :badmood: :repent: Yours in Christ, Elmer :bye: PS. I apologize for the anger but it is again the time of the month when the females of my household are having 'issues' as explained in Leviticus 15:19-30. It is most exhausting. |
Re: The True Christian™ Art Critic - Assess your Favorite Jesus Pictures to Avoid HELL
I have a large copy of this masterpiece hanging in the back of the LBC Boy's Only Ice Cream Truck to remind young visitors that Jesus works THROUGH and WITHIN us! I knew when I saw it that I would need to print it out and tape it up for my boys to see as inspiration during prayer sessions in the truck. I get very worked up when I see it and can stare at it for hours! I know the boys like it too, because I can hear it in their exaltations. PRAISE GOD!

Since I am just starting to read the Bible my answer might be incomplete. The first verse I found is Matthew 19:13-14, though this verse is somewhat inconclusive, He wants children to suffer, but does not forbid them to come to Him. That would make the art you posted in line with the Bible. Another verse is John 11:35, in the painting the child weeps, not Jesus. The painter would have made an error as to who was weeping. Frankly I don´t know why the art you posted is repulsive but I hope you will enlighten me on this issue. Kind regards, Roland |

I highly appreciate your efforts still tainted by the nutritional demon. I suggest you look into some more basic issues:
1 Corinthians 13:11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. You see, the issue is about escathology, how things are after we pass away. :praise: Yours in Christ, Elmer :bye: |

Granted, I can see my interests and opinions are the minority, but I have already seen multiple people think you are nuts. If it's so hard seeing that people can turn around and change, and then you just shove shit into their faces when they try and UNDERSTAND why their lives are sin, then maybe Hell isn't so bad. |

You have a nasty habit of profanity. Do you know what God has to say about such filth? Matthew 12:36-37 "I tell you, on the day of judgment people will give account for every careless word they speak, for by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.” Deuteronomy 32:22 "For a fire is kindled in mine anger, and shall burn unto the lowest hell, and shall consume the earth with her increase, and set on fire the foundations of the mountains" In Him |

1 Corinthians 14:34-35 "Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law. And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church." I will have the Ladies Of LBC contact you if they need your input.
