I have no idea what "rap" is. My suggestion is that Republicans use a tried and true method of attracting "minority" voters: Disco music.

I read somewhere that disco record sales were up 400% for the year ending 1976. Now I don't have any more recent data, but if this trends continues, we could capture the entire market! The minorities will boogie down to the voting booth and vote for the straight Republican ticket!
