(We really should have a sub-forum here called "Serious Biblical Discussions" or something like that. I see it as being a forum that would allow us to say how right God and the Bible are.)
However, to your most interesting point:
The Psalmist did not in any way suggest that dead people do much. When he says "
But we will bless the LORD from this time forth and for evermore. Praise the LORD." He speaks of the Nation of Israel - I.e. those who are alive during the various pogroms and punishments that The Lord sees fit to inflict on the Jews.
It is either that, or the Psalmist is hoping for a job in Heaven:
Back in the Day, before Jesus, there was no entry to Heaven, but that is not to say Heaven was empty. There were what we now call Angels and Cherubs and Seraphs (and horses), and other things we do not know the names of but group among the former under the sub-heading "Beasts":
Re:4:6: And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.
Re:4:7: And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.
Re:4:8: And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.
Re:4:9: And when those beasts give glory and honour and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever,
Now I should imagine that, from time to time, a job being one of the Beasts arises. I'm not sure why there should be a vacancy - perhaps one of them gets promoted for saying "
Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come" in a particularly pleasing way to God.

Mormons are not Christians, they are heathens. They are escaped Arabs practicing a mockery of a discredited god.
