There are two likely explanations for this.
1. The children are a product of butt-sex. The mixing of male bodily issue with fecal matter during their gay ritual of sin in the colon created the odd discoloring of off-spring when they later siphoned the goop via dry enema to be latter shuttled to the sperm donor (or forcibly in some unsuspecting victim, see #2)
2. The homer negro daddy likely aggressed a young, Christian teen and forced her at gun point to play along facilitating their sick "family" role play to birth the needed whelp.
