Aside from linguistic issues pointed out by our resident atheist, that statement does not make sense from an epistemological point of view. How do you, exactly, define "to not entirely know?" You mean like, probability (as in "we do not entirely know if you're going to live, as your type of cancer has 30% survival rate")? But if we're talking about probability and uncertainty, we cannot really talk about knowing - can we?
