I agree 100% with him about the election fraud but not so much the last bit. I feel it weakens the argument somewhat. Anyway, this $1.3B lawsuit sounds like Mr. Powell's problem of academic interest only to Mr. Trump. The election fraud question is for people to decide in 2024 in pitched street battles not some boring hearing that nobody watches.
