Cool Atheist Hydrology REFUTED: Where Rain REALLY comes from! - 03-29-2011, 03:59 PM

Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Again I have the pleasure to debunk a popular theory among atheist scientists, who attempt to destroy people’s Faith with their secular, godless theories and worship of logic and “common sense.”

After one of my lectures in Flood Geology, one student asked me about the fountains of the deep, how they were opened to allow the waters to flood the Earth and kill all living things, in accordance with God’s Infinite Love and Mercy. He told me he had never heard of this, and asked me how I thought the “hydrological cycle,” a concept invented by secular scientists, functioned to facilitate this flood.

I was shocked, of course, to see one of my students being so uninformed about True Bible Science™. Therefore, I’ve given an extra lecture (an “Emergency Lecture,” so you will) at LBU last night to explain why the modern science of Hydrology is a satanic falsehood, and where rain, snow, hail, clouds and seawater all really come from, and how they relate to one another.

First of all, the Bible explicitly refutes the idea of a “hydrological cycle:”

Isaiah 55:10-11:
For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:
So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

So that already disproves the ungodly speculations of hydrologists.

But, I hear you ask, what is the Truth™ then? How do all these natural processes function?

Of course, they are not “natural processes,” as God is involved in every process hydrologists ever claimed to happen by purely materialistic physical “laws.” So; rain, snow, clouds. Where do they come from?

The answer to this, of course, is clear to anyone who has a firm understanding in God’s Word. Hail, snow and rain all come from Heaven, where it is reserved in big storehouses:

Job 38:22-23:
Hast thou entered into the treasures of the snow? or hast thou seen the treasures of the hail,
Which I have reserved against the time of trouble, against the day of battle and war?

Psalm 104:13:
He watereth the hills from his chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works.

Additionally rain is not kept in big tanks, as you perhaps might think, but is actually kept in bottles:

Job 38:37-38:
Who can number the clouds in wisdom? or who can stay the bottles of heaven,
When the dust groweth into hardness, and the clods cleave fast together?

God also stores large amounts of water in mountains, so much that they almost burst at times:

Psalm 46:2-3:
Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;
Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.

We must realize that it only rains because God wants it to.
That’s why weather forecasts are always so untrustworthy. It only rains or snows at places where God sends it, and sometimes He will shut the windows of Heaven (more about them later):

1 Kings 8:35-36:
When heaven is shut up, and there is no rain, because they have sinned against thee; if they pray toward this place, and confess thy name, and turn from their sin, when thou afflictest them:
Then hear thou in heaven, and forgive the sin of thy servants, and of thy people Israel, that thou teach them the good way wherein they should walk, and give rain upon thy land, which thou hast given to thy people for an inheritance.

Job 12:15:
Behold, he withholdeth the waters, and they dry up: also he sendeth them out, and they overturn the earth.

Job 37:5-6:
God thundereth marvellously with his voice; great things doeth he, which we cannot comprehend.
For he saith to the snow, Be thou on the earth; likewise to the small rain, and to the great rain of his strength.

Amos 4:7:
And also I have withholden the rain from you, when there were yet three months to the harvest: and I caused it to rain upon one city, and caused it not to rain upon another city: one piece was rained upon, and the piece whereupon it rained not withered.

In addition to this, God also forms rivers, unlike hydrologists claim, foolishly contending that waters create their own stream beds. Also, He creates dewdrops and rain Himself:

Job 38:25-30:
Who hath divided a watercourse for the overflowing of waters, or a way for the lightning of thunder;
To cause it to rain on the earth, where no man is; on the wilderness, wherein there is no man;
To satisfy the desolate and waste ground; and to cause the bud of the tender herb to spring forth?
Hath the rain a father? or who hath begotten the drops of dew?
Out of whose womb came the ice? and the hoary frost of heaven, who hath gendered it?
The waters are hid as with a stone, and the face of the deep is frozen.

In fact, every single drop of rain is hand-crafted by God Himself:

Job 36:26-30:
Behold, God is great, and we know him not, neither can the number of his years be searched out.
For he maketh small the drops of water: they pour down rain according to the vapour thereof:
Which the clouds do drop and distil upon man abundantly.
Also can any understand the spreadings of the clouds, or the noise of his tabernacle?
Behold, he spreadeth his light upon it, and covereth the bottom of the sea.

And, as this Passage teaches, no one can understand the spreading of the clouds. Hydrologists claim they do, but this Passage proves that they are liars.

Before the flood, it never rained, and God nourished life on earth with a mist that rose up from the Earth:

Genesis 2:5-6:
And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground.
But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground.

According to hydrology, this would be impossible, as it would invalidate all their fancy physical “laws.” Of course, they consistently fail to recognize that God is bound by no law, physical or not.

Anyway, rain falls when God opens windows in Heaven, and the seas are replenished not by rivers, but by fountains hidden on the seafloor:

Genesis 7:11-12:
In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened.
And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights.

Proverbs 8:27-29:
When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth:
When he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep:
When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth:

Job 38:16:
Hast thou entered into the springs of the sea? or hast thou walked in the search of the depth?

God accurately weighs the water in the sea:

Job 28:23-27:
God understandeth the way thereof, and he knoweth the place thereof.
For he looketh to the ends of the earth, and seeth under the whole heaven;
To make the weight for the winds; and he weigheth the waters by measure.
When he made a decree for the rain, and a way for the lightning of the thunder:
Then did he see it, and declare it; he prepared it, yea, and searched it out.

And He holds the sea at its place by doors (otherwise, of course, it would flow off the Earth, which, as all True Christians™ realize, is flat):

Job 38:8:
Or who shut up the sea with doors, when it brake forth, as if it had issued out of the womb?

In the beginning, God divided the waters of the sea from the waters in Heaven, where rain comes from. They formed one basin beforehand, but now they are two separate basins. That’s what the Bible teaches:

Genesis 1:6-8:
And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.
And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.
And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.

The seas were formed by God when He made a heap out of all the water, storing the remaining waters into storehouses:

Psalm 33:6-7:
By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.
He gathereth the waters of the sea together as an heap: he layeth up the depth in storehouses.

So you see, the waters of the sea and of the Heavens are not kept in place by some “equilibrium between the ocean and atmospheric reservoir,” again a secular concept to attempt to keep God out of hydrology, but are kept in place because God has bound them in a garment:

Proverbs 30:4:
Who hath ascended up into heaven, or descended? who hath gathered the wind in his fists? who hath bound the waters in a garment? who hath established all the ends of the earth? what is his name, and what is his son's name, if thou canst tell?

Furthermore, water only evaporates if God wants it to; the Bible never hints at any physical process whatsoever (and, as an aside, the wind is kept in treasuries as well):

Psalm 135:6-7:
Whatsoever the LORD pleased, that did he in heaven, and in earth, in the seas, and all deep places.
He causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; he maketh lightnings for the rain; he bringeth the wind out of his treasuries.

Jeremiah 10:12-13:
He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heavens by his discretion.
When he uttereth his voice, there is a multitude of waters in the heavens, and he causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; he maketh lightnings with rain, and bringeth forth the wind out of his treasures.

Lastly, on to clouds. Clouds are actually big sacks, that God bound up to store water in. Additionally, God’s Throne is located within the clouds:

Job 26:8-10:
He bindeth up the waters in his thick clouds; and the cloud is not rent under them.
He holdeth back the face of his throne, and spreadeth his cloud upon it.
He hath compassed the waters with bounds, until the day and night come to an end.

Clouds are not always sacks of water, however. Sometimes, they are just dust clouds from His Feet:

Nahum 1:3-4:
The LORD is slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked: the LORD hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.
He rebuketh the sea, and maketh it dry, and drieth up all the rivers: Bashan languisheth, and Carmel, and the flower of Lebanon languisheth.

Clouds do not draw their water from evaporated seawater, but from God putting water in them:

Job 37:10-12:
By the breath of God frost is given: and the breadth of the waters is straitened.
Also by watering he wearieth the thick cloud: he scattereth his bright cloud:
And it is turned round about by his counsels: that they may do whatsoever he commandeth them upon the face of the world in the earth.

It is God who covers the Heavens with clouds:

Psalm 147:7-8:
Sing unto the LORD with thanksgiving; sing praise upon the harp unto our God:
Who covereth the heaven with clouds, who prepareth rain for the earth, who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains.

God also likes to ride on clouds as His Chariot, and His Chambers are amidst the storehouses of rainwater:

Psalm 104:1-3:
Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty.
Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:
Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind

Revelation 14:14
And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.

Isaiah 19:1
The burden of Egypt. Behold, the LORD rideth upon a swift cloud, and shall come into Egypt: and the idols of Egypt shall be moved at his presence, and the heart of Egypt shall melt in the midst of it.

In light of all the Scripture I’ve referenced here, I think we can safely say that hydrology can be rejected by all Bible-believing Christians, and should be replaced by Intelligent Evaporation and Intelligent Precipitation.

Sweet Lord Jesus,
I want to pray for those who persecute me, my Lord.
Please, treat their children as you treated those of Egypt, when they upset you! (Psalm 135:8-9)
Dash their little children against the stones for their fathers iniquity! (Psalm 137:8-9)
Hit them on the cheek, and smash out their teeth! (Psalm 3:7)
Make their death and descent into Hell swift and terrible! (Psalm 55:15)
Scatter their broken bodies over the streets of their evil cities, like Benghazi, Amsterdam, Tokyo and Mecca! (Psalm 110:6)
Praised be Your Glorious Name™.
