I think those border jumper prisoners deserve a correction rod or something for breaking the law.
Proverbs 13:24 -
He that spareth his rod hateth his son:But he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes.
I think what above passage means is the bad sons (
bad hombres) should be chastened with a rod. I would use one with a long handle on those illegal wetbacks. Perfectly harmless.
