Oh, now, that is very possible that the lady was accompanying President Trump during a match of cricket, dear Sister Mitza. I've looked online for her identity, but I don't seem able to find this, and goodness knows I've looked for a photo of them playing the sport together. However, I do think that this photo below is of our beloved President Trump playing the sport a few years ago. Cricket. Dear me; such a funny name for a game!
