What they really need to do is rip it all down before it collapses. Besides, it is just about the gaudiest thing I've ever seen, what with those demonic gargoyles haunting the place, and that creepy weirdo that lives up in the bell tower. I say knock it down. Any building that needs propping up has had its time. Really, what's the difference between these two shacks?

Sure it hadnt been upkept for a few years but that doesnt mean it was a dump. It was the most famous religious architecture in the world. It was historically significant.

Notre Dame wasnt just loved by Catholics it was loved by evangelicals and baptists as well. Evangelicals over looked the sins of Catholics in order to realize how holy this building was.

It was the most finest examples of French architecture that had thousands of visitors from all backgrounds. Guess which people visited it the most...christian tourists and even Jews visited it.

That is what's great about it.
