First nominee: God
Of course, because He brings peace, noone can bring more peace than Him:

Numbers 6:24-26
The Lord bless thee, and keep thee:
The Lord make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:
The Lord lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.

Second nominee: Jesus
He also brings peace, as we all know


John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Third nominee: Donald J Trump

The one bringing peace among humans.
