Joanna, I was born female. Never once been a male. And even if I was Trans I wouldn't care that badly enough to sue. Also, anyone who is I respect their wishes to be called 'she' or 'he'. Though, I will admit, there are some that really do need calm the f*ck down if they are accidentally misgendered.
Also, I'm sure you wouldn't like people calling you a male when you are actually a female.
