Resurrection - YES, resuscitation - NO!
You said to pray nice and loud instead of give CPR, so why not do CPR while praying? I mean there is probably a larger chance of the person receiving Christ while they can hear you and are fine? I understand that sometimes when a patient is in a comma or out cold, they can hear you and receive Christ, but once they are up, wouldn't it be like a better-safe-than-sorry situation to tell them? It is their responsibility to receive Christ into their hearts, so I don't understand why not make sure they receive him by resuscitating them, and pray like you said at the same time...

Intensive prayer - YES, Intensive care - DO NOT GO!
Intensive prayer is intensive care. Why not do both as I said earlier?

Saving souls is OK, saving lives is NO WAY!
Um, as I said earlier why not do them both, and to put it into terms, God knows how many days we have. We are the variables to God's plan, if we save them, then it is part of God's chosen path for man, because God cannot be wrong.

CPR - NO NO NO, JCR - to Him we GO!
And I'm sure you know what I will say to this. We go to Jesus anyways whether or not they did CPR to us.

Hello, dear. I hear a lot of what you think is right. Unfortunately for you, what really counts in God's eyes is not your feelings, but what He ordered us to do.

Here it is:

James 5:14-16
14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:
15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

If you fervently pray, God will listen. That is because doctors don't heal people - God heals people:

Jeremiah 33:
6 Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them, and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth.

Okay you see my point, and let me tell you the strongest argument:
Quote:
Mark 16:15 - And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

We are SUPPOSED TO BE ALIVE for this very reason. God is rich, he has everything, he doesn't need anything from us except us serving him. If we decide to let the man or woman die, when we can save them, then how is this verse going to be fulfilled? We need the saved lives to be in this world, why put it out? The more people preaching the gospel the better. So lets do our jobs and server the Lord in the manner intended.
Great verse, but it has nothing to do with sickness. Every sickness is given to people by God:

Deuteronomy 28:61 Also every sickness, and every plague, which is not written in the book of this law, them will the Lord bring upon thee, until thou be destroyed.

In fact, God is very clear that in case of a sickness we should turn to Him, not to doctors:

2 Chronicles 16:12-13
12 And Asa in the thirty and ninth year of his reign was diseased in his feet, until his disease was exceeding great: yet in his disease he sought not to the Lord, but to the physicians.
13 And Asa slept with his fathers, and died in the one and fortieth year of his reign.

Quote:
James 5:12 - And Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.

Turning off life-support machines is illegal.
"Illegal" is a word that refers to things which are prohibited by secular law, and therefore non related to God's Commandments (unless you are lucky enough to live in a state that obeys Biblical law to the letter - sort of a Christian Saudi Arabia).

The word you were looking for is "immoral." In the light of verses that I've cited above, I'd say that putting people on life support (thus depending on science and not on God's Will) is immoral.

Quote:

Revelation 22:11 - He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

If they get resuscitated and go out to preach evil, that is clearly on the line of how motivated and skilled you are at opening to them Lord Christ. And besides, the tiny amount of chance this situation will happen, if we do it your way: 1 guy down 6,500,000,000 to go. Congratulations. You may argue that 1 guy can lead millions if billions. When you save someone's life, they will listen to you because they will feel they owe you one. And as soon as they find out that you saved them in because of Jesus, they will think differently. Good luck murdering people, how about get some evangelists and grow God's army instead.
It does not matter how high of a position you are, everyone makes mistakes, do not righteous yourself out of this one.

It's one thing to let people be as they wish, and it's a totally different thing to interfere with God's plan to kill a person, dear.
