Are you seriously thinking that kid dies upon hitting water? If that kid can't swim and drowns later, he is not killed, he kills himself by drowning. In those scenarios. but if you are walking down the street and decide to suddenly stab someone for no reason, then that is not good. and if someone drowns they are not usually doing it on purpose. its when their lungs fill with water and they can't breathe because of it. If the kid tried to stay afloat but got tired of doing it and couldn't swim any more he might drown. So in that case its the water killing him.
