Perhaps this is the year to release Charles Manson and Jeffrey Dahmer. Those boys need a pardon just as badly as the poor Blackwater employees convicted of manslaughter and using a machine gun to carry out violent acts. There are
many others to pick from - what a choice the President has, it's almost like they put something in the water over there!
