All the Republicans in Congress owe their election to President Trump. For several years he has provided political leadership to the Republican Party. Instead of doing what he told them to do, dump Obamacare, they have gone off the track. The same with major league CEO's, he taught them how to run corporations.
My thinking is all the Republicans in the House and Senate are rethinking their lowly place in the scheme of things. Shortly they will be called back from vacation and will pass Obamacare repeal.

Brother Mayor Sir, you are both eloquent and delicate. President Donald J. Trump is used to being
obeyed; that is how he got to where he is today.
Just like with the Almighty God in the Bible, those who do not obey get smited. Since we know from the Bible that Trump is God's Chosen Leader, disobeying him is like disobeying God. Many powerful and outspoken Christian leaders have told us so.
"Unite the Right" is about
being right (and preferrably white, but The Lord can work with what He's got) with God, the Creator of all people, who made some people white and gave them Jesus so they could uplift the whole rest of the world with His message of peace and obedience.
If people don't make the effort to obey, how can they expect peace?
Trump is being fairly tolerant (magnanimous, really) in suggesting that there are very fine people on the "other side" who just don't grasp yet what is best for them.
