However, let us steer back to the original subject of this thread. Thank you, my dear Romeo, for bringing this issue to our attention. After reading your post, I did some research on this subject, and found out that the one of the villains in the game, Chaos, is sometimes called God of Destruction.
Despite our theological differences, both Catholics and Baptists agree that there is only one God, and He is the One who creates both good and evil:
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things.
Therefore, a game that (1) casts chaos as one of its characters and (2) calls chaos a "god," is a dangerous reminiscence of Manicheism and other Gnostic heresies, and as such is an abomination in the eyes of the Lord.
What is your recommendation, Romeo? Should everyone playing this game should be burned at the stake - which seems to be the favorite way of the Roman Catholic Church of dealing with heresies?
