We are SUPPOSED TO BE ALIVE for this very reason. God is rich, he has everything, he doesn't need anything from us except us serving him. If we decide to let the man or woman die, when we can save them, then how is this verse going to be fulfilled? We need the saved lives to be in this world, why put it out? The more people preaching the gospel the better. So lets do our jobs and server the Lord in the manner intended.

Dear Person,
We are apparently using the word "save" in different meanings. You use it to "save from death", whereas I use it to
"Save into Eternal life!" If you save the physical body, you can add a few years of material life to that person. How much is this compared to the
trillions of years of Eternity.
Secondly, you fail to assess the fact that these DNR cards will be carried by
people who are already Saved in the Spiritual Sense. The act of CPR can only corrupt them as they are
absolutely in no need of any more evangelizing as
they belong to Jesus at the moment of their fatal attack.
Thirdly, you are dismissing the alternative that also refraining from CRP in these cases can be God's will if everything that happens was Intelligently designed by Him (as it was).
That said, I must also agree with you and I see great potential in you. You have apparently embraced the fact that
God is indeed so unfathomable that our weak definitions of Good and Evil fall short of
His power!
Isaiah 45:7
I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Once again, I must emphasize that the instructions in this thread are not meant for the layman but
for the already Saved True Christian™ persons. I know that if God wants to preserve by mundane, earthly body after my next coronary attack, a suitable True Christian™ person will be there to assist me (and this fits very well also your argument if we take it to its logical conclusion). I certainly
hope that this be not the case, that I have served Him long and well enough to be released from this tedious body. For that glorious possibility, I now carry my DNR card to assist my ascension into the
Eternal Realm of God!
Yours in Christ,
Elmer
