Proverbs 13:24 "He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes."

Proverbs 23:14 "Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and shalt deliver his soul from hell"

No debate here friend. If you hate your son you won't beat him, and he will burn in hell, because you are a sissy of a father. If you love your son you will beat him, and deliver him from hell.
