It would appear to me that this could be because the mother is terrible at raising children. The child could have been under duress from a lack of sleep, or the grandmother may be a relative stranger to him, causing him to be nervous around her, thus his behavior. Stop trying to link everything to video games. You should gain more backing to your stories and not believe everything you hear, all any of us know, is that the child plays video games, and dosn't want to eat lunch. Also, he was acting the way most tired 3 year olds do, rude and cheeky. You don't have any idea why he bit his sister or ran away. It is extremely possible it has nothing to do with a video game.
