From time to time there have been African nations that were not 3rd world countries. Although those were not governed by Africans that's not the reason why. It was because they acknowledged God and His Plan for Deliverance. Or some of them, but there did remain a few witchdoctors who had not been executed. Now, however, they've established a pretty good de facto case for a new category: the 4th world. Egypt had a brief period of prosperity under Joseph (who was not an African) but that didn't last long and when they tried to mimic God, with their faux monotheism, it was straight back to the 3rd world for them.

I should point out that although Joseph was not Pharaoh he was effectively what we'd call the prime minister and oversaw government with Pharaoh of the day head of State.

All of which demonstrates what is meant by The Curse of Ham.

Why would anyone prefer the stone age over God's Perfect Love?
