I have a pay roll of more than 62,000 people. Now granted 57,000 of them are in India and Malaysia but I still have to pay them. My corporate taxes are killing me. My staff of Joo lawyers and accountants work non stop to keep me from just pulling the plug on it all. How the heck am I supposed to live on 145 million dollars? After all was said and done that is what was left! This year I most likely wont make 125 million. Oh and to top it off I cant deduct my wedding expenses in Tahiti, I forgot to have a business lunch!

They are hitting you at 22%, that is outrageous! I thought I was being shafted at 14%. The only way to avoid paying is to move everythoing offshore, take a domicle in Andorra. But damnit, I am an American and will not leave the country of the free.
I feel for you, heck your new Gulfstream is going to eat 10% or more of your annual budget. I have a helpful hint. Tip everyone. Then file a 1099 on them. Instant business partner. Lastly, cash is king. the 14% I pay is on
reported income. Most of my money transactions are cash, as you know.
