This is an excellent question, Brother Larry. I was not present at the showing, but I understand from interviewing some of the attendees that everyone present was so disturbed by the on-screen activities depicted in this motion picture that they were paralyzed by the shock and shame. Also, the projectionist only has one usable hand after an unfortunate accident with a corn harvester, and that hand was, according to witnesses, occupied holding his hot dog.
In retrospect, I'm sure that everyone concerned wishes that things had not played out the way they did. But sometimes, events just seem to spiral out of control. No doubt about it, this catastrophe has resulted in a conspicuous stain on the otherwise unblemished record of the Freehold PTA. Personally, I see the hand of the Devil in all of this.
