I don't listen to the rap but know themes such as sitting around with what look like secretaries or taking 4 or 5 of them shopping in a diamond-encrusted
Bugatti LINCOLN (I've just been informed 5 secretaries won't fit into a Bugatti) are well represented. This is clearly against Scripture.
Matthew 6:28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin
Neither toiling nor spinning as embodied in lilies is very different from the torpor promoted in rap. Similarly, the secretaries when shopping select raiment very different from any flower and due to their inability to sit still in their case what's put forward is less torpor and more turpitude. Theoretically they are unemployed, since their principal advocates leisure and they're his secretaries, but not in any way conforming to Christ's message of renewal. Christians should never listen to rap.
Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
How much does rap contribute the spending habits you've described? The shoes in particular leave much to be desired.
