Whatever happened to good clean entertainment both parents and children could enjoy? There used to be a lot of it.
In Chicago and other big cities there was a permanent show called
Midget City. The short people got short salaries so tickets were cheap. There were song and dance numbers, even a restaurant where midgets would struggle to carry trays of food.
Being put on display was a way to make steady income. But no, liberals had to make a big fuss about self esteem. Someday we conservatives will bring back forms of entertainment that made fun of people who are different.
