I believe what she was talking about the microevolutionary changes that allow bacteria and viruses to become resistant to antibiotics.
We see bacteria become resistant to antibiotics all the time. That's just God's way of making sure his punishment for sinners and tests for non-sinners remain effective.
You will never, however, see a bacteria turn into or give birth to a dog or a monkey. But that is exactly the kind of nonsense that macroevolutionists believe in.
You evolutionists crack me up. There's another one of you running around on the forum claiming that cats evolved from catfish.
