Evidence - just look at the COVID-19 (or whatever they call it today) spread in Michigan, and compare it with results of the 2016 presidential elections (red counties vs blue counties vs lukewarm counties):
See the pattern? God is smiting Hillary-voting lefties who live in/near Detroit and Ann Arbor!!!
The same goes to New York City, the whole God-damned state of California, and every other center of disease in the US!
