Have she lost or gained weight?
How old is she?
Have you checked for pcos?
Is she normally irregular?
If she's a teen it's normal to skip once or twice. I didn't became regular until about 21.
If she looked like she gained or lost weight that could be it too as with body changed it cause your functioning to go at of wack.
Does she have normally heavy painful periods? Does she complain about a sore stomach most days? Excessive acne? With pcos your cycles will be unpredictable.
