This is precisely why we need teachers to confront gunmen. If your armed guard declines to approach someone firing a machine gun at them then it's time for the chemistry teacher to step up. It's only a shame Donald himself couldn't be there to take a bullet, but - as you know - his bone spurs preclude him from engaging in activities that may protect the American people.
As you recall in Reno during one of Trump's speeches when someone in the crowd didn't have a gun, Trump rushed off the stage - presumably for the very manly reason to get more guns and take the suspect down in man-to-man combat. That's how to handle yourself under pressure, folks.

From what I have been given to understand the "armed" guard was "underarmed" with a mere service pistol. Compare that with the AK 47 or whatever sort of assault weapon the shooter had to hand.
That's the problem in these situations. The shooters have us out-gunned. We have to have more weapons and they need to be bigger and faster and more lethal. Then we will be the shooters and the criminals will be the shot at.
