In His example Jesus did not specify types of malady or accuracy of diagnoses.
And as usual His words are straightforward and specific:

39a When saw we thee sick?
40a And the King shall answer
40c Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these
40e Ye have done it unto me.
The Bible explains many things we could never understand by our own efforts. Sometimes what God explains seems counter-intuitive. We know that sometimes people get sick but do not always understand the reason why. The Bible is very explicit here: no-one following God's commandments becomes unwell. For those who aren't, sometimes the consequences are rapid, sometimes not. What to do is also explained as is the need for Redemption from the certainty of everlasting torment. Christians follow The Bible, even when intuition would suggest alternative explanations.
I understand your medical opinions and am not asking you to elaborate on those. Of greater concern is eternity, whether it is to be one of torment or one of delight. Both are perpetual. When you contradict The Bible it follows that you believe in some way that God does not understand His creation. Could you please explain which elements of healthcare God does not understand?
Earlier I speculated that you
.could..think of Him as malign. In that case He would delight in the consequences of His deception in proportion to the degree of suffering engendered thereby.
