Why would you want your innocent nephew to stand out like a sore thumb among his peers?

The reason I'm leaning toward a more distinctive gun is that Paul is a very intelligent boy and the Holy Spirit burns bright in him. We're grooming him for leadership position in the Church. His grandfather is a Deacon, after all, and his mom was the youngest girl ever to take the purity pledge as a baby, at the age of nine days. (Yes, as a mere dentist, I'm the underachiever in our family.) Paul's already been named the Junior Deacon of his first-grade homeroom, responsible for snitching on all of his classmates, and he's the anti-masturbation coordinator of his Sunday school class. We think he might start preaching against sin at tent revivals before he's ten! So I'm not sure that "fitting in" makes sense; he's more of a "standing out" kind of kid.
Nevertheless, the AR-15 is a great choice. Accurate, highly modular to adapt to any mission set and grow with the child, easy to convert to full automatic operation. It practically screams, "Don't mess with me--I have a prayer tower and I know how to use it." I'm sure little Paul would love it. Yes, well worth considering. Thanks for the suggestion!
