Actually, yeah. Hormones don't cut off my "tallywacker," but they do cause it to loose functionality. It won't get hard (easily) and I'm sterile, too. Can't have kids, even if I quite hormones.
Doesn't matter, anyway. I already have kids and I don't plan to quit hormones, regardless.
