At the moment, Brother, £350 million = about $450 million in real money. After Brexit, who knows, but it will be less. So let's halve it and say $225 million and maybe round it down to $200 million, just in case?
So if the cost of the wall is $14.7 billion, that would take nearly a year and a half. I don't think that's acceptable, do you? Britain will need to find further savings if it is to pay for the wall in a timely manner. It could probably be done in less than half the time if, for example, the government were shut down.
