I'm not talking about the 1970s or 1980s. There was no such thing as a goth scene in those days. We called them "death rockers" back then.
And every club I listed (other than Lipps/Underground) is a club that was around in the late 1990s through the 2000s.
Furthermore, it is the modern, current goth scene which is drowning in meth, not the historical, ancient goth scene which you've invented in your head.
You would know this if you were a real goth, and not some poseur.
