A language where Mind can mean Thought, Excited State of Mind, Mad, Wild, Furious and Eager has no place being used in evidence for anything. The sophistication is barely above animal sounds. Imagine if the US justice system were so ambivalent about meaning: Your Honor, the man "did/did not/may have done/could not have had done" the
underage some crime. Life in prison based on lawyers' word play. It'd be pandemonium.
