"MAN MADE" food? How do you distinguish between 'man made' and 'natural' food. It all comes from the bounty that God in his wisdom gave us -- he gave us the plants you eat and the animals, and everything else, for our use.
Trees were in fact provided by God as a simple way for us to build houses and shelters. Since we are in the last days and Jesus will soon return with a great sword in his mouth to destroy all you sinners, it really doesn't matter what happens to these trees.
