The death penalty for masturbation is something that I as a cop have been supportive of for years now.
It's going to take a lot of hard work though. Policing something people ordinarily do in private (like most crimes) is quite difficult.
We could employ certain strategies such as stings where undercover police sell lubricants and pornography to potential masturbators and track their activities.
Security cameras installed in the homes of bachelors would also be a positive contribution to the war against masturbation but no doubt liberals will try and say it's a violation of their "right to privacy."
