I assume you are referring to Romans 3:23 and 1 John 1:10? Have you ever actually read beyond those verses?
Look closer in Romans 3. Paul goes on to tell us that Jesus took our sins away.
Romans 3:24-25 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
The sins that are in the past. Once we are washed clean we are a new man.
2 Corinthians 5:16-17 Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
1 John 1:10 again is prior to salvation.
1 John 3:4-9 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.
Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.
Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.

If that is the case, I guess bestiality is okay since it isn't mentioned in the New Testament.
