For one, just an observation, Casting Crowns, a so called Christian "rock" band, isn't on that list. Try giving them a listen, it's pretty much proof that the word of the Lord our God can be spread through music; ergo why I'm a music major.
Also, Justin Bieber/Ke$ha/Lady Gaga are not rock music, they're pop. There is a huge difference, even though it's not relevant since they're both evil.
