I am in agreement that the teats should not be exposed in church, even briefly. In my own congregation the issue has never come up, but if it did, I believe our Pastor would ban the offender and take steps to compel her to be counseled after her husband had delivered the required beating. A Christian Church is a place for Christians to come together to worship the Lord, not some kind of burlesque theater for the display of private parts.
