Nope. Ammonia is the result of "aged" urine. Adding bleach to urine doesn't make ammonia. But adding bleach to ammonia creates mustard gas, which kills.
So please stop advising people on do-it-yourself chemical weapons. Furthermore, mixing Tarot Cards and Christianity makes for another toxic mess. People are already skilled at diluting and polluting Christianity as it is. Throwing Tarot Cards into the pot is like adding molasses to a Chef's salad.
