anti-
• Here are some more examples.

antipoverty = opposed to poverty
antivenom = works in opposition to venom
antifascist = someone opposed to fascism
antianxiety = opposing anxiety
antislavery = opposed to slavery
antidisestablishmentarianism = opposed to disestablishing the Church (in places where it is established)

• When used as a prefix a hyphen is sometimes helpful for clarity.

anti-pope = someone opposed to popes (as distinct from an actual antipope)
anti-investgation = someone opposed to an investgation (such as a shopkeeper working an insurance scam)
anti-American = opposed to America

• Sometimes the word anti- will be used on its own in a sentence.

The department was neither anti- nor pro-anything.
"Would you say you were more anti- or pro-athletics?"
Doctors seemed very pro-taking-your-temperature but were not noticeably anti- or pro-ice-packs as such.

Christians are not anti-God. I think you can now see that whatever went on in Notre Dame (or any other cathedral) has nothing to do with God or with Christianity.

Which raises the question, since they are clearly anti-God, why exactly were they built? For a start, why are they called cathedrals?

That would be a good place for you to start.
How are they anti God though when they clearly do worship god
